First Appeal _ There is no challenge to the Award passed by the Arbitrator but the order under challenge is an Order passed in Execution Proceedings _ Such an Order is not a Decree which is appealable u/s 96 of CPC _ Appeal is liable to be dismissed. (See 2017 (6) LJSOFT 17)
